Last weekend my husband and I went back to our hometown to visit our parents and for Aiden to spend time with his grandparents. It was a great visit, with cooler weather, and my mother-in-law was so kind as to take the night shift with Aiden and let mommy and daddy get some much needed rest. It's been great living only 2 hours away from both grandparents and taking a break. If you are as lucky as we are, take advantage of the help! My husband and I felt like new people after sleeping through the whole night and getting 9 hours of sleep. I wanted to take some time to share some sweet moments that our little family has had. As stressful and as overwhelming as it can be, enjoy every moment. Time flys by and before you know it, you'll be celebrating your babys first birthday. Take fun little day trips or if you can get out with your family for the weekend. Even just the smallest change of scenery can make a difference!
